Vision is the key to personal fulfillment. The key to personal fulfillment is Self-Awareness. The key to Self-Awareness is identifying your passion and the key to identifying your passion is knowing your strengths and weaknesses.

You know your strengths by doing a self-evaluation of the consistent activities you have engaged in seamlessly without stress or pay. To a large extent, your passion and what naturally interest you will end being what determines how fulfilled you will be at the end of your Journey on earth.

There are times we have multiple visions of based on our numerous abilities – the truth is you can only live out one purpose and it is your responsibility to find and discover it though with good and experienced advisors and mentors. You can identify it by looking at your numerous strengths that defines your abilities and categorize these strengths from the weakness to the strongest. The weaker strengths will always serve the purpose of the stronger strengths.

For example – someone is very good or has a talent for Catering, Event Planning and Interior Designs (Decorations). If you are to forge a Career Path – wouldn’t you rather become an Event Planner and let the other talents serve the strongest.
